Tariffs

Prices are per week and are inclusive of towels, bed linen and electricity.

Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday and guests are kindly asked to arrive after 4pm and depart by 10am. We may be able to offer some flexibility with arrival and departure dates, please call to ask or send your request using our Booking Enquiry form.

Shorter breaks (minimum 2 nights) may be available in low season - please ask. Two night breaks will be charged at 50% of the weekly rental with each additional night incurring a 10% charge.

A 50% deposit will be required at the time of booking with the full balance payable 28 days prior to arrival date.

In order to preserve the excellent condition and quality of Greenacres, a £100 returnable deposit for damages and breakages will be required in cleared funds, prior to your arrival. Please see 'CONDITIONS OF LET' for full details.

Well behaved dogs are welcome - the first dog is free with a £10 charge for each additional dog.

All taxes and charges - the price quoted is the price you pay
Electricity and heating
Bed linen - pillows, duvets, bedspreads, blankets
Towels - bath and hand towels, bath mats, soap and toilet rolls
Cleaning materials - washing-up liquid, furniture polish, dusters, bath cleaner, bin liners.
