Inside Greenacres

Greenacres has been designed and fully equipped with quality items and the very best modern amenities. In furnishing the property, we have chosen items of a very high standard, and careful consideration has been given to each and very room to ensure that Greenacres is the perfect home from home.

The house has been tastefully decorated throughout and the entrance hallway leads to all of the beautifully furnished rooms within the property. The carpeted sitting room is furnished with comfortable leather sofas and and looks out onto the landscaped gardens to the rear. A plasma digital television and DVD player complement the room and the sideboards contain a wide selection of games, books and useful maps of the area. The spacious and bright dining kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer as well as all utensils, crockery, pots, pans and tea towels. The dining area is furnished with a dining table and six chairs and leads out onto the open plan sun room, with its beautiful views of the landscaped gardens and countryside beyond. The utility room is equipped with a washer-dryer and leads out to the garage and also to the rear of the property.

The open plan sun room provides an additional seating area furnished with a comfortable sofa, and has beautiful outlooks all around. Sliding glass doors lead out to the patio area and heated outdoor spa and an additional plasma digital television with DVD player has been provided in the sun room. The cosy bedrooms have very comfortable beds made up with crisp, immaculate linen and hairdryers are provided. The property has one large family bathroom with a bath and shower and an additional separate toilet, which is located just off the utility room. Sets of fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries are supplied for each guest.

The property's central heating is easily operated and will ensure that the house is cosy all through the changing seasons.

In order to maintain the property in peak condition, the interior is entirely non-smoking although guests are welcome to smoke on the outside patio area, taking care to use the ashtrays provided. There is also a small sheltered outhouse to the right of the spa and guests may smoke here if preferred.
